We use industry-standard encryption for your secret diary entries. Your regular entries are stored securely, and only you can access your secret entries with your PIN code.
Unfortunately, we cannot recover your PIN code or access your secret entries if you forget it. This is by design to ensure maximum privacy and security.
Currently, we don't offer a direct export feature. However, you can manually copy your entries if needed. We're working on adding export functionality in future updates.
Yes, we maintain regular backups of our systems. However, we recommend keeping important information in multiple places for your own peace of mind.
You can delete your account from the settings page. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days of account deletion.
